Running shoes (to be worn during rehabilitation, slippers are prohibited to prevent safety accidents.)
Precautions for hospitalization

Do not use flammable materials or electric heating devices that may cause a fire.

Please do not bring odorous food, alcohol, firearms, personal medications, large amounts of cash or valuables.

If you leave your room, be sure to let your nurse know where you are going.

Please keep your bedside railing raised to prevent you from falling out of bed.
⦁
Please apply for guardian meals when you apply for ward meals, and meals will be delivered to your room.

Requesting certificates

If you need a medical certificate or hospitalization/discharge certificate, you can apply to the nurse's office one day before discharge by specifying the purpose. However, if you are unable to apply for the documents one day before discharge, please apply at the time of discharge procedure.
